3rd Meeting - hosted by Lyn and Andrew Pang

The group had a sumptuous dinner cooked by the Pangs followed by 40 minutes meditation.

The group then learnt some Pali verses for

• Buddhabhivandana (Salutation to the Buddha)
• Tisarana (The Three Refuges)
• Panca Sila (5 precepts)
• Patti Dana (Transference of Merits to the Departed)

The next meeting will be at Uncle Ray's place

2nd meeting of ABKM - hosted by Esther and Thura Win

The group gathered at Esther and Thura's house.

We practised meditation for about 40 minutes followed by audio guide of metta meditation.

The next meeting will be held at Lyn and Andrew's house

Founding the group

The founding members of the group met on Sunday 3rd Feb 2008.

In attendance was

After the discussion, we had lunch followed by a dhamma talk by Ajahn_Nyanadhammo "Aspects of Freedom"

The group will have a meditation session once a month (last Friday of the month)
